FAQs

  • Anytime from 6 weeks with clearance from a physio or GP! However, I do encourage you to be intune with your body, a lot has changed over the last 11 months throughout your pregnancy and birth. I recommend starting my personal training when you feel ready physically!

  • YES!! The beauty about my postpartum personal training is that is all tailored to meet you where you are at!

    Whether you are 6 weeks, 6 months, or more my personal training can be tailored to you completely.

  • One thing I can promise you is that I will not just be sitting there watching you exercise, I will often be moving around with you, cueing you through movements, entertaining your baby, and probably talking a heck of a lot.

    After working as personal trainer for years, I’ve nailed the art of making this not awkward!

  • Absolutely!! If I’m honest this will likely happen and is totally fine!

    I just ask for at least 2 hours notice if possible!
